Personnel
Managing Director – Anthony Lee.
Anthony Lee is a major shareholder in both Fresh International and Anamac Inc., and a Director on both. He is the founder of Fresh International and has had involvement with the company brand worldwide. He is the founder of The Student Support Centre (UK) Ltd. in London, England. He has various business interests throughout the world, particularly in England and New Zealand, with particular experience of franchised-based businesses.
Anthony is responsible for the recruitment and selection of new business partners for Fresh International and the overall management and direction of the company.
Director – Larry Adams.
Larry Adams is the founder and President of Anamac Inc., located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Anamac owns the mining rights to a mineral known as Guerite. Anamac Inc. has the sole distribution rights to sell Guerite in North America and works with its affiliate, Fresh International, for the distribution rights outside of North America.
Larry provides strong technical knowledge and experience with the product to Fresh International.
Chief Executive Officer – Paul Steffe.
Paul Steffe has been the Chief Executive Officer for Fresh International since May 2008 and responsible for overall management of the company. He works closely with Anthony Lee in recruitment of new business partners, and with all staff in day to day management and planning. Currently he is seconded to Anamac Inc. to assist with setting up the franchise network and to develop synthesized business systems within the affiliated group.
From September 2005 to November 2007, Mr. Steffe served as Director for Humitech London South in London, England and was involved in the day-to-day operation and running of a franchised business under the Humico mark. From September 1998 to October 2004, he served as Assistant General Manager for The Student Support Centre (UK) Ltd in London, England and, from November 2004 to April 2008 he served as General Manager and Company Secretary for The Student Support Centre (UK) Ltd. in London, England.
International Sales Director – Mike Lee.
Mike Lee has been the International Sales Director for Fresh International since July 2007. From October 2003 to July 2007, he was Company Director for Zero’s N.Z. Ltd, a Sub Sandwich Shop franchisor located in Auckland, New Zealand, responsible for franchise operations in New Zealand.
Mike Lee is currently responsible for setting up the franchise network and recruitment of new franchisees.
Internationally, he manages the training and support of new business partners for Fresh International.
International Sales Manager – Keith Martin.
With an Economics and Marketing qualification and a background of overseas business development, Keith Martin worked for Humitech and Humico for six years in Europe and Africa before joining Fresh International in 2010.
As an International Sales Manager, his role is to develop a network of international licensees for the Fresh International brand and help these licensees sell franchises and grow their business within their individual countries.
Operations Manager – David Johnson.
David Johnson manages the offices of Fresh International, based in Auckland, New Zealand. He is General Manager of Anthony Lee’s controlling company and works with Directors and management of Fresh International, while being the liaison person for business partners operating the business worldwide for Fresh International.
